Instructions

  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the mashed ripe bananas, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, caramel syrup, melted and cooled butter, buttermilk, and beaten eggs. Ensure the butter is cooled to prevent scrambling the eggs during mixing.
  3. Mix Batter: Using a hand mixer, blend the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix for about three minutes or until the batter is smooth and free from lumps.
  4. Prepare Loaf Pan: Grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking and pour the batter evenly into the pan.
