Instructions

  1. Cream Butter and Sugar: Beat the soft butter and icing sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined, creating a creamy texture.
  2. Add Eggs: Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition until the batter is fluffy and light.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: Add the plain flour and baking powder to the mixture. Beat gently but thoroughly until fully combined, ensuring no lumps remain.
  4. Add Milk and Flavorings: Pour in the milk, rose essence, and ground cardamom. Beat the mixture carefully until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the batter is smooth.
  5. Prepare and Bake: Spray a mini muffin pan or 8 mini loaf pans with non-stick spray. Pour the batter evenly into the pans. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
