  • 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (for stirring in at the end)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Butter or grease a 9×13 inch baking pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.
  2. Melt marshmallows and chocolate: In a large saucepan over low heat, combine 5 cups of mini marshmallows, 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, 5 tablespoons butter, and 1/4 cup corn syrup. Stir gently with a rubber spatula as the mixture melts to create a smooth blend.
  3. Remove from heat: Once the mixture is fully melted and smooth, remove the saucepan from heat and place it on a heatproof surface to cool slightly without hardening.
  4. Mix in cereal and marshmallows: Immediately stir in 7 cups of Golden Grahams cereal and the remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows. The mixture will be very sticky at this point.
  5. Press into pan: Spoon the sticky batter into the prepared baking pan. Use the back of a lightly greased spatula to flatten and evenly distribute the mixture across the pan.
  6. Let set: Allow the bars to set at room temperature for about 60 minutes until hardened and firm enough to cut into squares.
