Instructions

  1. Prepare Graham Crackers: Break each graham cracker sheet in half to create squares. Arrange the graham cracker squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Make Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  3. Form Peanut Butter Balls: Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch sized balls. Place one ball on top of each graham cracker square.
  4. Flatten Peanut Butter: Gently flatten each peanut butter ball onto the surface of its graham cracker, spreading the mixture evenly to the edges for full coverage.
  5. Melt Chocolate Coating: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  6. Coat Graham Crackers: Dip or coat each peanut butter topped graham cracker with the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place them back on the lined baking sheet.
