Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the wontons.
  2. Prepare Egg Wash: In a small dish, beat the egg together with 1 tablespoon of water to create an egg wash that will help seal and glaze the wontons.
  3. Slice Banana: Cut the banana into approximately half-inch thick slices to fit nicely inside the wraps.
  4. Assemble Wontons: Lay out the spring roll pastry squares on a clean surface. Place ½ teaspoon of Nutella slightly off-center on each pastry, then add a banana slice on top.
  5. Seal Wontons: Using a pastry brush, apply egg wash to two edges of each wrap. Fold the wrap over the filling to form a triangle, pressing firmly to seal the edges tightly.
